Adult Learn to Play Hockey Class - Summer 2025

  • 8 week program, once/week, July 9th to August 27th, 2025
  • 90 minute classes - every Wednesday from 7:30pm to 9pm
  • Every class will teach skating, hockey skills & game play
  • Professional instruction from 3+ experienced instructors
  • All classes at the Crystal Ice House in Crystal Lake, IL

    • Who is this class for?

  • Adults (18+) who have never played hockey
  • Newer players just starting who want to get better
  • Current SSHL players who want to get better at hockey

    • What will you learn?

  • Learn how to skate faster, more efficiently, and in control
  • Develop better balance & edge control on your skates
  • Improve basic hockey skills with individual and team drills
  • Techniques for you to be a better stickhandler and shooter
  • Learn how to play the game in our controlled scrimmages
  • "Chalk Talk" and additional learning resources off ice
