Learn to Play Hockey Class - Spring 2026

Target Audience:  Adults only (18+). Newer skaters with little to no formal hockey experience or slightly more experienced players who would like to get better, including current members of the SSHL (Bronze level only).

Minimum Experience:  No prior hockey experience required. Basic skating skills are helpful but not required.

Day & Format:  Wednesday nights from 7:30pm to 9pm. 90-minute sessions including controlled gameplay.

Equipment Required:  Full hockey equipment is required including skates, shin guards, hockey pants, chest protector, elbow pads, helmet and stick.

Sticks & Stones Hockey League - Spring 2026

• 15+ games
• Season runs 1/25/2026 to 6/14/2026
• All games at the Crystal Ice House in Crystal Lake, IL
• All games on Sundays, starting from 5pm to 8:30pm (rotating times)
• All players are rated/assigned to a level after registration
• 3 levels of play based on skill/experience
• 6 to 8 teams at each level, with 10 to 13 skaters per team
• Individual Registration only (no teams)
• Teams created by the league directors to ensure balance

Our Bronze level is FULL. We have a few spots left in Silver and Gold levels. Contact us for a prorated registration price or to be put on the Bronze waiting list.
